Is There a Monthly Charge for a Website?
As with all website developments, the website needs to be hosted on servers. These servers keep your site live and secure at all times. Our hosting costs vary depending on the website’s function and traffic volumes. The majority of websites we build are charged from £49.95 per month and e-commerce platforms are from £99.95 per month. This monthly fee can be paid annually at a discounted price.
Will My Website Be On Page 1 of Google?
For a new website with no previous history within Google, we ensure it goes live with all the necessary on-page optimisation for it to rank for relevant keywords. This can take time though and depends on how competitive the marketplace is. Rest assured, we do optimise websites to the very highest standards to ensure it has the best chance to compete within Google. For an existing website redesign, we will always look to improve upon the site’s existing optimisation so as to improve keyword positioning. We take all necessary steps to ensure no optimisation strength is lost when the website design cross over takes place.
How Long Will My Website Take to Build?
This depends on the size and functionality of the website but as long as we get all the information we need, our website development team can create an informational brochure style website within four weeks. E-commerce websites take a little longer at six weeks.
Will My Website Be Secure?
All of the landing pages we build come with a fully verified SSL certificate. This ensures that any data passed through your website such as contact details or payment details are encrypted. You will see that your website’s address displays the padlock and HTTPS scheme name, signifying to your customers that your website is safe and their details are secure.
